• A specific timeframe for results

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the intellectual property of Suraj Giri unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Work produced as part of a client engagement (reports, strategies, content) becomes the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

5. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on each invoice
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

6. Confidentiality

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
